Residency routing
Data classes map to allowed regions and providers, with an explicit fallback chain and a hard block if nothing qualifies. No silent egress.
Tamper-evident audit
Every call is hash-chained to the one before it. Alter a field and the chain breaks. Export it as JSON Lines and verify it offline.
DLP inspection
Each request is scanned for PII, PHI and secrets (email, IBAN, BSN, cards, API keys), then masked, blocked, or logged to your policy.

How is the 10% calculated?
A flat 10% on your provider's published list price. We price it live per request from a real-money, micro-euro ledger. Custom OpenAI-compatible providers are billed at a flat €0.50 per 1M tokens instead.
What counts toward the free tier?
Total tokens, prompt plus completion, across every provider, up to 250,000 per account. Past it, activate a plan and pay list price + 10%, billed automatically (card daily, SEPA weekly); a small payment-processing fee is added per charge. No card needed to start.
Do you mark up tokens?
No. You pay the provider's own list price; our only fee is the 10% on top. No inflated per-token rates, no hidden spread.
Where is my data processed?
Wherever your policy allows: EU today, enforced per request. Direct US and China routing is available too, and only when you add it to policy, with every destination disclosed. Pseudonymization keeps PII and secrets off any non-EU path.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes. Connect your own or self-hosted models; per-tenant credentials are encrypted at rest and never live in environment variables.
Is there an on-prem option?
Yes: Sluis Edge, the enterprise tier. The entire data plane runs as one static binary on your own servers, so prompts never transit Sluis. Flat licence per gateway. Details on the Enterprise page, or email sales@sluis.ai.
Can I resell Sluis to my clients?
